Summary
This project involved a power and cooling infrastructure upgrade at multiple sites across SA, WA & NT. The works included the installation of a new generator system, battery storage infrastructure, solar array upgrades, new power control equipment, earthing systems, and air conditioning upgrades to support increased site loads and improve power reliability.
Scope of Work
- Civil Works: Excavation, trenching, concrete slab construction, equipment foundations, and site reinstatement works.
- Solar & Battery Infrastructure: Installation of new solar arrays, solar panels, battery cabinets, batteries, and power control systems.
- Electrical Upgrades: Installation of a new generator, switchgear, rectifiers, solar chargers, DC converters, cabling, circuit breakers, and earthing systems.
- Mechanical Services: Installation of new DC split-system air conditioners and associated control systems.
- Equipment Replacement: Removal and replacement of redundant solar arrays, batteries, controllers, rectifiers, and associated infrastructure.
- Testing & Commissioning: Staged changeovers, operational testing, commissioning, AMS alarm integration, and system labelling.
- Documentation & Logistics: Freight, craneage, travel, O&M manuals, updated drawings, and project handover.
