The structural foundation of every project DCE delivers.

Earthworks, civil construction, building works, and asbestos management – all in-house, all to Australian standards.

In-house civil capability across the full project scope.

Most electrical and mechanical contractors subcontract their civil scope. DCE does not. The earthworks, the civil construction, the building fit-out, and where required the asbestos management, are all delivered in-house by DCE crews using DCE plant. This is not an incidental capability. It is a core part of how DCE manages project risk and maintains standards across the full scope of what it delivers.

Through its affiliate Earth Station Constructions Pty Ltd, DCE also holds building registration, allowing it to deliver the structural building scope on projects that require it as a single, accountable engagement.
